Manager on duty remains a wonderful human being, He will take care of you in any way he can. The hotel is clean and comfortable for those wishing for a nights sleep only.

A two nights stay while in town for a funeral. Affordable and clean, but the facilities are in need of some basic maintenance and upgrades. No breakfast whatsoever, but ice machine worked and water pressure was sufficient with soft towels.

It's an okay hotel. Not a super fancy but good for a couple of nights. Location is great it's on Lincoln which is like the main road for Charleston. If you are a big bathroom person do not go here the bathrooms are super tiny, could barely close the door when I was in there. Don't get any of the rooms on the outside because they seem the most worn down and old. Bring your own shampoo and body wash because the ones they have don't really work. They have cereal and toast for breakfast along with English muffins juice and coffee. The beds are loud.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and beds really comfortable. Just a couple of maintenance issues, but nothing serious enough for me to relocate. I was also traveling with a pet and they were accepting pets, which was helpful.

Quiet, clean, comfortable. Has fridge and microwave. Staff friendly. House keeping crew superb. Other long term guests are there for a temporary construction job, were quiet, friendly and minded their own business..no issues. Only gave 4 stars because you could do better on your breakfast and the dresser drawers in need of repair.

Very clean rooms, staff very friendly, I really look forward to the waffles in the morning. Stayed here several different times and would recommend them.

I was visiting for a night/day due to a funeral, after halfway back to Ohio, I remembered that I may have forgotten my glasses in the room after my husband checked us out. During the service his phone rang, which we didn’t answer. It was until we were halfway through Indiana and I text my in laws mentioning my glasses. They went to my mother-in-law‘s room to let them know that they’ve found a pair of glasses in the room and gave them to them, instead of them just throwing them away. So I really really really appreciated it. They took the time out to find my family to return them so the relatives that are from Ohio could bring them back to me.

Please do not let the previous reviews influence your decision. This is by no means a fancy hotel, but it is clean and quiet. We stayed 4/7/24-4/9/24 for the solar eclipse. We booked this room six months in advance. When we arrived and saw the outside and then read reviews we were concerned to say the least. It was a very nice stay. As I said, clean and quiet. Not a lot for breakfast but enough to get you going. Everyone’s experience is different but this place was decent for us.
